How long is my commitment?

We offer a 6-month and 12-month commitment.  You may cancel at any time as long as you give us a 30-day written notice.


Do you sell hardware and software?

Yes.  Through our partnerships with various vendors we offer competitive pricing on many hardware and software applications.


Will my organization experience any downtime if the server requires updates and maintenance?

We do our best to ensure that any planned system updates or maintenance that would cause a disruption in your production environment are done after hours.  We will work directly with you in order to schedule any down-time caused by the update or maintenance.


What are your hours?

My IT Bud operates from 8AM to 5PM PST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Sometimes problems arise outside of business hours that are unforeseeable; we are available for an additional charge per hour.


What will happen if you are not available? 

Although it is very rare that I will be unavailable, in the event that I am unable to perform the tasks or duties for the day, the partnerships that I have formed with other local and trustworthy IT contractors allow me flexibility.  Not only will you receive fast friendly service from a knowledgeable technician, you will still pay the same low hourly rate.
